Tactical Marker Update – Geneva | NATO | UN sign codes (update to the post from February 2006)

Tactical Markers | Tacmars | Quadrant Sign Codes | FEMA | NATO Markers is still the most read article on my site (and I thought I was the only one having fun with the topic!). So here is a bit of an update on what has fallen into my lap on the subject since my one and only post back in February 2006.

I am somewhat amazed at the search terms very highly placed government and military officials (who shall remain nameless) have used that brought them to my little spot on the web – 'quadrant sign codes' is the most searched wording from those sources. That is also the term that Jim Keith uses in his book 'Black Helicopters II'. I do wonder however, why they would be even looking for these terms on the internet – unless maybe there is some merit to the topic.

It is also nice to know that there are more individuals around the planet that have become aware of these delightful little day-glow stickers that decorate the back of our highway signs almost everywhere. While searching to see what was new for easily accessible information to fill in some of the gaps on the subject I found that there is still very little available to the public (this may possibly be due to the possibility of it being considered classified information). The scuttlebut on who makes them leans towards '3M'

A few more pieces of the puzzle have fallen in place for me over the past few months. First a neighbor stopped by for a visit and exchange of information and he dropped off a book called 'Black Helicopters II – The Endgame Strategy' by Jim Keith* (IllumiNet Press).

Syncronicity (not coincidence) would have it that in the book is a chapter on 'Quadrant Sign Codes' that added to the information to follow where the illuminated stickers direct traffic. Then a gentleman who served in the Infantry in Wales confirmed that while in service they followed the illuminated stickers to guide them after dark to their destinations. They did not however, look at the signs they had just passed that were on the same side of the road they traveled. They looked to the back of the upcoming signs on the opposite side of the roadways for their direction codes with some reference to the signs on their own side of the road. Jim's book contradicts this and to attempt to follow them looking in the rear view mirror or looking backward out the front passenger window as is stated in his book is not nearly as practical as looking across the road to the backs of the upcoming signs. He does indicate that the roads would be blocked to public traffic and only military and emergency personnel would have access to them.

The quadrant sign code system was apparently developed by NATO as a universal "sign language" to bridge language barriers among multi-national military forces (NATO | UN) deployed in unfamiliar foreign-speaking territory. These signs and reflective markers TACMARS | FEMA QUADRANT SIGN CODES on the backs of many signs are coded to target vital sites, facilities, resources and personal properties to be confiscated and used by these troops.

Following are some of the details of the tactical marker placements from “Black Helicopters II”:

The key in the game it appears is the relationship between the clipped corners of the Quadrant sign codes and their placement on the sign. The sign itself is a marker with it's clipped corners.

Sticker in the middle of 2 posted signs = upcoming turn

Upper left & right clipped corners = upcoming turn on major routes

Lower left & right clipped corners = turn direction
Clipped corners = cross over turn indicator

Upper left = turn ahead (non directional)
upper right* = turn ahead (non directional - *used less often)
Placed on the bottom left or right = turn direction/sign cross over
(usually found on center mount signs)

As these codes are to be used for the betterment of the general public in troubled times all things being ideal, it would also be beneficial to have knowledge of what the four phases of disaster are:

Preparedness - refers to the activities undertaken by individuals, groups, families, organizations or countries to handle a disaster when it strikes. Such activities may include making a plan, exercising a plan, or stockpiling food.

Response - are those activities that pertain to the initial activities after the disaster has struck. This may include search and rescue activities, clearing debris, activating the Emergency Operating Center (EOC), and feeding and sheltering victims (and responders if necessary).

Recovery - refers to the activities involved in getting a community back to its pre-disaster status. This may include the rebuilding of homes and businesses, or obtaining funds from private, local, state and federal sources.

Mitigation - represents activities that can lessen the impact of a disaster before it strikes.

Tidbits:

U.S. Strategic Highway Network (STRAHNET) roadways are those which would be used for the rapid mobilization and deployment of armed forces in the event of war or peacekeeping activity." (Global Security.org).

Under "OPERATION CABLE SPLICER" all local government agencies will be confiscated and placed under FEMA control. All sheriff and police agencies will be under new management with military supervision.

Dear Duncan Whalley departed our company earlier this year. Not so much due to the Cancer as Pneumonia.

The system never did get a physiotherapist or any assistance beyond the basics to him during the entire extra year he lived beyond their expectations.

My rant on the injustice of our medical system was covered in my previous post from August 15^th, 2007. See Title link above for easy access to the post.

In honor of Duncan and my Mom's brave battle against this ridiculous illness that so many funds have gone into researching for a cure with NO POSITIVE RESULTS – here are some of the options available that the pharmaceutical companies don't promote (no profit margin). This post is in keeping aware that there is more than one option to treating illness.

Here is where my energies have been the past few months - offered from my heart space to yours both a happy and sad tale and 'YES' it is true.....

As I sit here alone in my little corner of the planet located at the back of a wood shop on the farm of a wonderful family on my minimal B. C. Disability Allowance - I am aware of the compassion of our species for each other and more.

Here however I present an example of how far off the mark we are in truly assisting our fellow man.

Back in 1992 through a synchronistic set of circumstances, I had the privilege of being introduced to a delightful couple by the name of Duncan and Alice. Duncan was experiencing back pain and a mutual friend asked me to give him a massage. On the third massage I found an anomaly in Duncan's lower spine. It sent an electrical charge through my hand and arm and left me weak. On the spot I asked them to get to a Doctor as I had never felt anything like it in my life (being 57 years of age this 2007).

It was a cancerous tumor and it had taken over in Duncan's body. They chose mainstream medicine and chemotherapy (as do most of us).

It is now September 2007 and the tale of Duncan & Alice is a long one. If not for my own experience within our current medical system, that being one of dissatisfaction and mistrust, I would not be here to tell their story. My mother, grandmother and uncle all died from cancer that I believe to have been treatable with natural herbs found on our planet. If not for using these herbs I too would have passed on from this 3D nonsense a while back.

Back to Duncan and Alice:

Earlier this year a friend and I went to visit Duncan and Alice in Powell River to say good bye, having been informed that the Priest had come and given Duncan his 'last rights' (Catholic - it doesn't matter the religion - know that the Spirit of God exists in all religions). He was to have been buried within the week.

Here is where the usual tale takes a twist:

Thanks to the intervention of Spirit - I found the financial resources despite my 'budget-restrained' lifestyle to go back to Powell River and take some CanCure (similar to Essiac) , Probiotics and Silverado Colloidal Silver to my friend to ease his remaining days.

He's a bit of a redneck and as I approached his silvery-grey body on the air bed (kindly donated by the Knights of Columbus) in the middle of his living room with his wife sitting ever vigilant by his side, the first words that came out of me were: "Hi Sweetie it's The Spacelady - as you have such a determination to live in this 3D world while I and others are wanting to leave this chaotic planet, open your mouth and drink this for me." He smiled up at me and opened his mouth for me to pour in the herbs and silver.

My quick visit, now many months ago, turned into a longer one as Duncan awoke the next morning with a raving appetite that has not diminished to this day. He had been unable to move or feed himself for months and without the love and dedication of his amazing wife he would not be alive today.

His body was bloated and the cancerous tumor had grown from his spine to his stomach and further. His legs were bloated and broken open. The details of anyone passing away with cancer are available to all so I will not delve further into this area. Yet know that due to the Cancure, Probiotics and Colloidal Silver, he is now able to move his legs and feed himself and sit up a bit, not to mention the 40 lbs he has gained.

My upset and outrage at this point in their tale is that the mainstream medical community that care for Duncan have refused to pay the ambulance bill as Duncan was to have passed on some time ago - according to what is understood about cancer under our current medical system. Holy Shades of Michael Moore's new movie 'SICKO'!

The mainstream medical system says that Duncan and Alice have chosen an alternative therapy and not their prescribed medication only, so they cannot fully support what has transpired with Duncan's health.

Thanks to another dear friend Duncan and Alice have been supplied at no cost the life saving Cancure, Colloidal Silver and Probiotics that are keeping our dear Duncan on this planet to see and share the summer of 2007 with those who love and care for him.

The latest reports from Alice are that the tumor has receded from his stomach, much to the amazement of his Doctor and Nurse and he can now sit upright with the help of his bed. The Nurse and Alice have been discussing acquiring a wheelchair and physiotherapist for Duncan.

The information from this refreshing being from the Maritime Provinces in Canada has been arriving on my desktop for the past month or so. Took the time the other day to watch Shelley Yates fascinating talk on the death of both her and her son and how they are alive to tell their tale today.

Knowing that we are all conductors of energy and the power it has to heal is but a small portion of the uplifting and humorous tale she tells. She earmarks this July 17th, 2007 as our point in gathering on the etheric to ground love and compassion. There appears to be a tidal wave of interest being shown in this event so here is my small piece in seeding the information.

The IPSOS Reid November survey on Environmental Action revealed that 70% of respondents agree that “if drastic action is not taken to prevent the effects of climate change/global warming then the world may not last much longer than another couple of generations because of the damage that’s being done.”

However, there are a few respondents who disagree with the above statement (25%). I cast my vote with the 25% group due to the current state of our solar system and the effect our Sun is having on all it's Planets. Not to mention the shift we are experiencing as we hurl along through space on the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy.

While wandering the internet earlier this week, came across this refreshing information by Wayne Herschel. His innovative research and approach to information that has been looking us in the face has lead to some refreshing new discoveries.Have listed below a few tidbits to tweak your interest from Wayne's website and encourage all my friends and occasional readers to look at what he is presenting.

These star maps all appear to display the unique human blueprint geometry code. A pictographic story can be interpreted in relation to the star pattern. Wayne Herschel believes its meaning is paramount in uniting all of humanity as one if the star map 'message' is true.

All the other pyramids match bright stars that are nothing like our Sun. Wayne Herschel suggests the 'Sun' Temple was named after a 'Sun'-like star and has nothing to do with our Sun at all.

A new scale interpretation displaying some very ingenious mathematical adjustments (see Wayne's book) that must have been made intentionally by the pyramid builders, and speak of an incredibly advanced very early civilization.

The release of current results that is causing somewhat of a stir in research fields is the growing evidence that Spirituality is connected to our gene pool. So for some of us Spirit based life styles are with us from incarnation and for others a little bit of effort is required.

Originally a personality trait known as self-transcendence was identified by Robert Cloninger, a Washington University psychiatrist. He found that spiritual people tend to share a set of characteristics such as feeling connected to the world and a willingness to accept things that cannot be objectively demonstrated

More recently Dean H. Hamer, a geneticist and his colleagues at the National Cancer Institute researched the genes that may make people prone to cigarette addiction. Pairs of siblings were studied comparing how strongly their shared heredity influenced different aspects of their personality and DNA samples were taken.

Hamer’s search led him to a gene known as VMAT2 (vesicular monoamine transporter) which Hamer calls the God gene. Two different versions of this gene exist and one version of the gene tends to score a little higher on self-transcendence tests. Approximately half the people in the study had at least one copy of the self-transcendence-boosting version of VMAT2.

He found that the brain chemicals associated with anxiety and other emotions, including joy and sadness, appeared to be active in the deep meditative states of Zen practitioners and the prayerful repose of Roman Catholic nuns as well as the mystical trances brought on by users of peyote and other mind-altering drugs.

Here’s a topic that is ever changing and expanding and there is so much new information and wisdom coming forth almost exponentially on the subject. ‘Our Universe and What It Is’ or as it is currently being called – ‘Superstring Theory’ is currently the leading candidate for the theory of all that is in the universe. The inventor of string theory is Leonard Susskind a physicist.

In string theory, physicists tell us that the subatomic particles that make up our universe are created within ten dimensions (plus an eleventh dimension of "time") by the vibrations of small "superstrings". The average person has barely gotten used to the idea of there being four dimensions: so how do we imagine a tenth?

Thanks to the hard work of some excellent minds and heart spaces there is an excellent website with a video for the layman to visualize all 10 Dimensions. It has given me a better grasp on the whole topic from a science perspective so had to share with anyone else like myself who likes visuals as well as the written word.

‘Imagining The Tenth Dimension’. Start out by clicking on "Imagining the Ten Dimensions" in the Navigation section: you will see a set of animations, with narration and sound effects, which take you from the first to the tenth dimension. After viewing this animation one can't help but notice the similarity to The Tree of Life.

Increased Cancer Risk From Using Light During the Few Hours Before Bedtime

Back in the 1960's started experimenting with energy fields and how they impacted my daily life. First thing was to remove my watch and then came reading by lots of candle light. Then removed all electric clocks from my bedroom followed by going to bed with the sun and waking up to it naturally (no alarm clock). The benefits to my sleep pattern and regularity of feminine cycles increased - much to my delight.

Here it is 40 years later and modern science has found the inner workings of why artificial light and energy fields are so very harmful to our health. The May 2006 Journal “Cancer Cause Control” again has warned of the danger of the nighttime use of artificial light.

They confirm many previous studies that conclude that suppression of the hormone melatonin by exposing the eyes to light during the night leads to an increased risk of breast cancer and other cancers as well. Scientists have been issuing this warning since the early 1990’s.

For some unexplained reason the media have been very slow to make this information known to those with the greatest need to know, namely cancer survivors and those at high risk because of their genetics. Perhaps the reason is the false belief that there is nothing people can do about it, so why alarm them.

Less well publicized studies by George C. Brainard in the U.S. and James K. Thapan in the U.K. showed that not all colors of light have the same effect on the pineal gland, the source of melatonin. It is the blue component is white light that causes suppression of melatonin. A study lead by Leonid Kayumov, PhD in Canada showed that subjects wearing glasses that blocked the blue light continued making melatonin, even though exposed to bright light, just as they had during previous nights when they were held in darkness.

To avoid the danger of increased risk of cancer, avoiding light all together, or wearing glasses that block the blue light, for a few hours before bedtime, should become normal practice for everyone, based on these studies.

Hacking The Pentagon – Gary McKinnon

In The Guardian, Jon Ronson chats with the British hacker Gary McKinnon, who's facing extradition to the U.S. and up to 70 years in prison for his exploits within NASA's and the Pentagon's computers:

He hacked into the Oxford University network and found the whole business "incredibly exciting. And then it got more exciting when I started going to places where I really shouldn't be. Like "The US Space Command".

McKinnon sat in his girlfriend’s aunt's house, a joint in the ashtray and a can of Foster's next to the mouse pad, and he snooped. From time to time, some NASA scientist sitting at his desk somewhere would see his cursor move for no apparent reason. On those occasions, McKinnon's connection would be cut. This never failed to freak out McKinnon.

When asked if he is brilliant, he says no. He's just an ordinary, self-taught techie. And, he says, he was never alone. "Once you're on the network, you can do a command called NetStat - Network Status - and it lists all the connections to that machine. There were hackers from Denmark, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Thailand …every night," he says.

"I found a list of officers' names," he says, "under the heading 'Non-Terrestrial Officers' …. It doesn't mean little green men. What I think it means is not Earth-based. I found a list of 'fleet-to-fleet transfers', and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren't US Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet."

He was hacking immediately after September 11, 2001, but only because he wanted to see if there was a conspiracy. "Why did the building fall like a controlled series of explosions?" he asks. "I hate conspiracy theories, so I thought I'd find out for myself."

He strenuously denies the Justice Department's charge that he caused the "US Military District of Washington" to become "inoperable". Well, once, he admits - but only once - he inadvertently pressed the wrong button and may have deleted some government files.

"I thought, 'Ooh, bloody hell.' And that's when I stopped for a while. And then my friend told me about DARPA. And so I started again."

DARPA is a collection of brilliant military scientists, funded by the Pentagon. DARPA has been widely credited with inventing, among other things, the internet, the global positioning system, the computer mouse, and - somewhat more boneheadedly - FutureMAP, an online futures market designed to predict assassinations and bombings by encouraging investor speculation in such crimes. The US Senate once described FutureMAP as "an unbelievably stupid idea". DARPA has long been of interest to conspiracy theorists because it is semi-secretive, bizarre and occupies that murky world that lies between science and war.

What's behind those mysterious booms?

Life can serve up a good mystery every once in a while. Weird things happen that defy explanation that make us wonder how much we really know about the world.

Something of the sort happened in San Diego County shortly before 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, and so far no one has come forward with an explanation.

Whatever it was, it caused a woman's bed to shake in Lakeside. It created waves in a backyard pool in Carmel Valley. It set off car alarms in Kearny Mesa and rattled windows from Mission Beach to Poway to Vista. At various spots throughout the county, people reported a rumbling sound or a booming noise.

Scientists insist it wasn't an earthquake. The Federal Aviation Administration has no record of any planes producing a sonic boom by breaking the sound barrier.

Something May Be Fishy About Hum Keeping Bay Ridge Residents Awake

HMMMM. This mysterious sound in the waters off Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, has baffled residents for months. A low pitched vibration known simply as the "Bay Ridge Hum" heard near the shore next to the Verrazano Bridge has left some locals not only scratching their heads in frustration but deprived of sleep, too.

While several hypotheses as to the cause - passing trains, treatment plants, even UFOs - have been floated, so to speak, one new hunch is that fish may cause it.

"Everyone is just dying to find out what is making that noise," the district manager of Brooklyn Community Board No.10, which includes Bay Ridge, Josephine Beckmann, said. "We have been getting calls since last spring.

""I heard it two nights in a row at about 3 a.m.," Ridge resident Anissa Malloy said. "My kid woke me up at 3 a.m. yelling and screaming, after I quieted him down and attempted to go back to sleep. ... It's like a very low-pitched vibration. I don't know what to compare it to."

Another Bay Ridge resident, Concetta Butera, said it was in April 2005 that he "noticed this awful noise."

As complaints mounted, local officials attempted to discover the source of the noise that was keeping residents up at night. Even the Department of Environmental Protection tried to solve the mystery, but managed only to eliminate obvious suspects like the Owls Head Water Treatment Facility and a local park that some thought may have been the culprit.

Record meteorite hit Norway

As Wednesday morning dawned, northern Norway was hit with an impact comparable to the atomic bomb used on Hiroshima.

At around 2:05 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7th, 2006 residents of the northern part of Troms and the western areas of Finnmark could clearly see a ball of fire taking several seconds to travel across the sky.

A few minutes later an impact could be heard and geophysics and seismology research foundation NORSAR registered a powerful sound and seismic disturbances at 02:13.25 a.m. at their station in Karasjok.

Last week a prestigious journal published two reports from scientists who have discovered how to achieve the same effect without breaking the laws of physics. Invisibility, they argue, is a matter of diverting light around an object so all the light continues on its way instead of reflecting off the object. The reports suggest using a thick shell of high-tech transparent material to do this. Even when looking directly at the object, an observer would see only what was behind it.

The Disney Company aired a major one-hour television special with no advance notice, on stations in only 5 US cities from February 27th, 1995 – March 26th, 1995. Disney CEO Michael Eisner opens this documentary and Robert Urich is the host.

Taped on location at Walt Disney World Resort's Tomorrowland area, "Alien Encounters from New Tomorrowland" takes viewers on a fascinating trip through the extraterrestrial world, offering proof-positive that alien life forms really do exist.

Expert testimony, photographic evidence, scientific analyses, of close encounters and interviews with ordinary people who have had extraordinary experiences with alien beings build the case for the existence of extraterrestrials in our universe. In addition, through the Freedom of Information Act, the program's producers have uncovered page after page of documentation proving conclusively that we are not alone - and that our government knows it.

Its release came soon after Disney World Florida hosted a two week "UFO Summit", running from January 23 to February 17, as part of the preparations for the opening of a remodeled "New Tomorrowland". It was one of those synchronistic moments in life where I was at the right place at the right time to watch and record this documentary. It was the first day of having our new satellite system (having been without television reception for a number of years) and my dear friend Sandi and her family were visiting. As we were figuring the system out on popped an ad for ‘Alien Encounters New Tomorrowland’ and we scrambled for a tape (missed the first 30 seconds).

Years roll by and my copy went missing and after searching everywhere for a new copy to purchase with no luck grumbled about it one day to the right person….my good buddy Sandi. God Bless her for that incredible memory of hers! She still had a copy we cross-taped for her as well. So with that wonderful feeling of Synchronicity surrounding it – have figured out how to edit out the commercials and submit it to Google Video who have been wonderful enough (as always in their endeavors) to host it.

Did you realize that we are outsourcing our Census software to Lockheed Martin which well may be moving us further down the road of deep integration with the United States.

The Free Trade agreement forces the Canadian Government to accept bids from US and US-owned companies. To save a few dollars by outsourcing part of the Census, Statistics Canada has facilitated the disgraceful spectacle of a US-owned Lockheed Martin subsidiary being involved with the May 2006 Canada Census.

A recent issue of the CCPA Monitor lists Lockheed Martin as one of the 10 Worst Corporations in the World (the same issue sees no problem with Lockheed Martin (Canada) being involved in our Census.

Lockheed Martin (Canada) is headquartered in Kanata, Ontario with employees, who work mainly on military-related projects.

Synchronicity/coincidences surrounding the 9/11 event

When one looks at life with no such thing as a ‘coincidence’ the subtle nuances of daily living take on a whole new meaning. When ‘Synchronicity’ is used in it's place a whole new paradigm opens to the student of ‘All That Is’.

With the above thought in mind here is an interesting look at the unusual amount of Synchronicity surrounding the 9/11 event.

First off is the Sacred Geometry of the number eleven:

1. New York City has 11 letters.
2. 'George W. Bush' has 11 letters
3. New York was the 11th State added to the Union.
4. The first plane crushing against the Twin Towers was flight #11
5. Flight # 11 was carrying 92 passengers ( 9+2=11)
6. Flight # 77 also hit the towers and was carrying 65 passengers ( 6+5=11)
7. The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11.( 9+1+1=11)
8. The date is equal to the emergency number 911.( 9+1+1=11)
9. The total number of victims inside the planes were 254 (2+5+4=11)
10. September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year (2+5+4=11)
11. After September 11, there were 111 days to the end of the year.
12. The tragedy of 3/11/2004 in Madrid (3+1+1+2+4=11)
13. The Madrid tragedy happened 911 days after the the Twin Towers tragedy.
14. 911 is also 191 - 9=endings. 11 is balance which leads to 11:11

In numerology and sacred geometry the 11 represents spiraling twin strands of human DNA moving into higher frequency of consciousness. It also represents balance.

The U.S. $5 folded shows the towers before the attack

The U.S. $10 folded shows the towers after the first hit.

The U.S. $20 folded shows the World Trade Center attack

The U.S. $50 folded shows the building falling.

The smell of spring is in the air, rain pattering on the roof, green popping up everywhere and time to get out and enjoy it all. If lack of energy has you down maybe it’s time for an inner cleanse and look at your overall health.

Here it is the middle of March with wonderful things going on in our heavens' this month. The full moon arrives today and a Solar Eclipse graces our skies March 29th.

We have been fortunate enough to have beautiful clear skies at night this past week and the stars are twinkling like crystals spread out on black velvet. Soothing for the Soul to sit out wrapped up in a blanket to keep warm and breathe in the crisp mountain air and gaze in awe at the magic of it all!

The gas giant is growing another red spot, nicknamed "Red Jr". Both red spots are actually raging storms in Jupiter's cloud layer, Red Jr is about half the size of the Great Red Spot and almost exactly the same colour,

Wandering the internet with no particular destination in mind this evening and came across this website that allows one to upload and share videos with the internet community. Found myself drawn to the Conspiracy and UFO section – some laughable in their simplicity and some that make one stop and ponder a bit.

The ‘911’ section brought back memories of a journey that fateful morning made by a friend and myself on our way to pick up a Hewlett Packard display called ‘A Walk Through Time...From Stardust to Us’ for a conference on World Peace held in Vancouver, British Columbia.

How ironic or synchronistic to awaken on the coast of the beautiful State of Oregon at the mouth of the Columbia River after the first night’s sleep in our journey of peace to hear the news that the Pentagon and World Trade Center had been ‘attacked’.

We completed our journey to Palo Alto, California under surreal circumstances and returned post haste home towing one treasured display.

Having said all that – my own belief is that there is far more to this event and it’s aftermath propaganda and limiting of personal freedoms to make an aware mind stop and question the official ‘Claptrap No News’ version.

The field of Archeology has fascinated me since a young child. It is sad that money in the form of greed or lack of it for true philanthropists, fear and dogma have kept so much ancient knowledge from the masses for so very long.

Often when something is discovered that doesn’t fit the current dogma, it is sequestered and causes images of the last scene of ‘Indiana Jones - Raiders of the Lost Ark’ with its massive vault of crates stored away from the public eye to come leaping to mind.

Here are some discoveries both old and new to tantalize the explorer in all of us:

1. Japan's Underwater Pyramids

In the waters around Yonaguni-Jima, Japan, divers located eight separate areas spread over 311 miles on the ocean floor in March 1995. The structures are at a depth of 20-30m and are dated between 5.000 and 12.000 BC, a fact that contradicts all existing knowledge on the cultural and technological level of the region at that time

2. Ancient Egyptian Treasures In The Grand Canyon

This story related to the Gazette by Mr. Kinkaid, the archaeologist of the Smithsonian Institution, who financed the expeditions, tells of discoveries which almost conclusively prove that the race which inhabited this mysterious cavern was of oriental descent, possibly from Egypt, tracing back to Ramses.

** it may be that the entire story is a newspaper hoax, however it was on the front page, named the prestigious Smithsonian Institution, and gave a highly detailed story that went on for several pages, lending a great deal to its credibility.

3. Secret Chambers in The Rockies - Ancient American Magazine

4. The Dropa Stones

The Dropa disks tell the story of a space probe from a distant planet that crash-landed in the Bayan-Kara-Ula Mountains Mountains in the Himalayas.

The occupants of the spacecraft - the Dropa - found refuge in the caves of the mountains. Despite their peaceful intentions, the Dropa were misunderstood by members of the Ham tribe who were occupying neighboring caves and who hunted down the stranded species and even killed some of them.

A translation of one of the passages says: "The Dropa came down from the clouds in their aircraft. Our men, women, and children hid in the caves ten times before sunrise.

When at last they understood the sign language of the Dropa, they realized that the newcomers had peaceful intentions."

The stones go on to say how the Dropa were unable to repair their disabled spacecraft and could not return to their home planet, and so were stranded on Earth. If that's true, have their descendents survived?

Today, the isolated area is inhabited by two tribes of people who, in fact, call themselves the Dropa and the Han. Anthropologists have been unable to categorize either tribe into any other known race; they are neither Chinese nor Tibetan.

5. Crystal Skulls: Skeletons of a Mysterious Past

The discovery of this artifact is very controversial. It was brought into the public eye by British explorer F.A. Mitchell-Hedges , who claimed that his daughter unearthed it in 1924. Mitchell-Hedges led an expedition in the ancient Mayan ruins of Lubaantun, in Belize (then British Honduras), searching for evidence of Atlantis.

For those of us looking for something else to explore as we travel the highways of North America, here is a project that might help. See how many ‘Tactical Markers’ you can find on your journeys and where they lead.

Three tack marks denote a facility symbol.The red arrow up indicates an airlift facility

About ten years ago I noticed reflective stickers popping up on the backs of some of the highway signs in our area of the province. Did some research and found that when followed at night by their reflective quality on the back of the highway signs in the oncoming lane (unless a divided highway) they took me to:

An old military barrack (now a community/recreation center)
Numerous train loading platforms outside various towns and cities
An empty grassy meadow at the top of a mountain
A bible camp with many cabins and kitchen facilities

Traveling the Trans Canada Highway at night is a fascinating adventure with a little knowledge of the placement of these stickers as directional codes.

Secretly embedded codes like these are part of "Operation Garden Plot" where U.S. forces/National Guard and Partnership NATO/UN military will police and patrol our streets and highways during MARTIAL LAW. Detention areas, and facilities with massive air-lifts are planned to relocate the populace to "safe zones" during a bio/chem or nuclear attack.

A bit of investigative research indicates they are part of a military plan known by several names:

These coded markers are used to overcome language barriers among allied peacekeepers. They point to old military installations, and to ski resorts, schools, churches, and undeveloped areas which are equipped to become temporary cities in times of civil disturbance or emergency.

Here is a brief explanation of how the quadrant sign code works:

Signs are divided in half, left and right.
Markers positioned on the right side, point right.
Markers on the left side, point left.
Markers turned on "end" are an arrow "UP" code, signifying a site for pick-up helicopter airlifts
Marker on top means straight ahead
Double ended arrow denotes an airlift facility
3 arrows denotes a facility
2 arrows denote the direction of the operational site
The coding on the stickers is also used to point to drugstores with passport photo services. Under martial law, this facility may be used for medical care, inoculation/vaccination, and creation of ID cards.

Tacmars’ are used to encode the following information:

Directions to closest military installations
Directions to closest triage or quarantine facilities
Facilities with Internet access, for the following purposes:
Communications Identification and/or background search of individuals
Directions to closest detention facilities

Note the triad (3) markers and arrows, which is a confirmed facility symbol, targeting an important site for confiscation. Arrows *UP* denote a pick-up point of some kind, usually airlift/drop zone site

The civil defense purposes of the US Interstate System are no less believable than TACMARs. And some folk out there say that these markers are used to date the signs, with many signs needing half a dozen or more date stickers.

Lots of interesting research coming out on our brain and what makes it tick. Magnetic resonance imaging has been one of the leading areas in supplying new information. There are other areas of research producing fascinating results. Here are some current study results and a bit more interesting trivia on the largest muscle in our body (brain) and how a little exercise is a good thing - no matter the muscle.

LIARS' BRAINS WIRED DIFFERENTLY

A USC study of pathological liars shows first evidence of structural differences in the area of the brain that enables most people to feel remorse.

The researchers used Magnetic Resonance Imaging and found that liars had significantly more “white matter” and slightly less “gray matter” than those they were measured against. They have more tools to lie coupled with fewer moral restraints than normal people and are less likely to care about moral issues..“They’ve got the equipment to lie, and they don’t have the inhibitions that the rest of us have in telling the big whoppers,” he said.

LYING MAKES BRAIN WORK HARDER

“Using MRI as a lie detector is expensive, but it may be worthwhile in some cases…” Scott Faro, director of the Functional Brain Imaging Center at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.

Scientists Meditate on Happiness

Generally people with happy temperaments exhibit a high ratio of activity in the left prefrontal cortex, an area associated with happiness, joy and enthusiasm. Those who are prone to anxiety, fear and depression exhibit a higher ratio of activity in the right prefrontal cortex.

Chips Coming to a Brain Near You

Professor Theodore W. Berger, director of the Center for Neural Engineering at the University of Southern California, is creating a silicon chip implant that mimics the hippocampus, an area of the brain known for creating memories. If successful, the artificial brain prosthesis could replace its biological counterpart, enabling people who suffer from memory disorders to regain the ability to store new memories.

Researchers have found a way to improve memory function in older people. After a two-week study that involved brainteasers, exercise and diet changes, study participants' memories worked more efficiently.

Here is an excellent photo of a creature that has been on display at ‘The Trading Post’ in Banff, Alberta for many years. The first time I saw it was back in 1969 at which time it was stored in an aquarium at the back of the store on a bottom shelf.

There is no explanation as to who brought it in and it has been there since at least 1915. An old yellowed and torn article from 'The Beaver Magazine' published by the Hudson’s Bay Company dated September 1942 is taped to the glass.

The article tells of an 18th century voyager of the North West Company, Venant St. Germain, who on May 3, 1782, while traveling from Grand Portage to Mackinac, had seen near the south end of Pie Island, at the entrance of the Bay of Thunder, a creature shaped in part like a human being it was about the size of a child seven or eight years of age, the eyes were extremely brilliant, the nose small.

The Caspian Sea has reported recent sightings of an amphibious humanlike being. In March 2005, an eyewitness account from the crew of the Baku, an Azeri trawler, was published by Iranian newspaper Zindagi: "That creature was swimming parallel course near the boat for a long time," said Gafar Gasanof, captain of the ship.

Trivia:

The first "merman" known in America was purchased from Japanese sailors in 1822.
P.T. Barnum purchased his first merman in 1842 and put it on exhibit as the "Feejee Mermaid."
An amphibious humanlike being was reported in Karelia in 1928. The creature was repeatedly seen in the lake of Vedlozero by local residents. A group of researchers from the Petrozavodsk University arrived to investigate the case on location. Unfortunately, the findings were classified and the members of the research party eventually perished in the Gulag.

With all the lights both explained and unexplained in our solar system these days, this post covers our satellite paths, altitudes, movement, history, intelligence concerns and a bit more.

A satellite looks like a star that drifts across the sky. It does not have blinking or colored lights like airplanes do. Depending on it's orbit it may move quite quickly, covering the distance from one horizon to the other in a few minutes, others appear to move more slowly, these are in higher orbits and are generally dimmer.

Equatorial and polar satellites fly at low altitudes between 100 and 1,000 miles. To an observer on the ground, they seem to climb up from the horizon, pass overhead, and fall below the horizon several times a day. Stationary satellites, on the other hand, are in very high equatorial orbits 22,300 miles above Earth. They are so far above the planet's surface they seem to us to be standing still overhead

Earth has three different types of satellite systems:

1. International Satellite Communication System – INTELSAT

The INTELSAT Organization was established in 1964 to handle technical and administrative problems associated with a world wide telecommunication system. The international regions served by INTELSAT are divided into:

The Atlantic Ocean region (AOR)
The Pacific Ocean Region (POR)
The Indian Ocean region (IOR)

For each region, satellites are positioned in geo-stationary orbit above the particular Ocean, where they provide a transoceanic telecommunication route.

2. Domestic Satellite System – DOMSAT

Domestic satellites are used to provide various telecommunication services (voice, data, & video transmission) within a country. These occupy The Clarke Belt.

3. Search and Rescue System – SARSAT

Polar-orbiting satellites orbit the earth covering the north and south polar-regions.

An infinite number of polar satellite orbits are possible. Polar satellites are used to provide environmental data, and to help locate ships and aircrafts in distress. Polar satellites look down on Earth's entire surface, passing above the North and South Poles several times a day. As the satellite loops around the globe, Earth seems to rotate under the orbit.
